Don't know the answer, but your question reminds me of this story;

A nonreligious Dr. came to the Malbim and said look how the generation has fallen. Years ago a Talmid Chochim like the Rambam and the (don't remember)were also great Dr. now not so much.
The Malbim look at him and said look how the generation has fallen. Years ago a Dr. like the Rambam and ?? could also be a great Talmid Chochim now look at you.

This is a real question that I don't have am answer to and I'd love to hear yours.
Where do we get the concept of wishing someone to live until120? Where does 120 come from in this context?
I know moshe rabeinu lived until then, but so...?

Maybe Moshe living that length of time is enough for our tradition to refer to that as the ideal

Trivia: three other great ppl lived to 120, who are they?

Not sure if this might be what you are looking for. Beraishis Perek Vav, Pasuk Gimmel.
