How to open an organization!?

I’ve had this idea for a long time now and I would really like for it to come to life but how??

Don’t want to say what it is but it’s something that can help many families and I think so many people would benefit from such an organization

There’s just one small problem

It’s something that would cost a lot

Even though I would start small (only help a few families in the beginning) I don’t even have funds for that??

Don’t know if I’m making any sense
But if anyone has any tips how I can get started I would highly appreciate it.. TIA

I started my own gemach and every season I approach the same family members for donations. They give, and I make up the shortfall from my maaser. The people that utilize the gems ch are so grateful (having been in their shoes I know the feeling).
I wish I can expand to include more families (too specific to share here) but I just don't have the means. Sad

Same as every existing organization out there. You fundraise. If it means enough to you, you figure out how to fundraise. And keep fundraising to keep it going.

Fundraising is the hard part of running it organization, more than the technical parts of running it.
