Are there any normal cameras that aren’t in the $500 range?
I can’t afford that now for my 13 year old who really wants a camera very badly.
It’s a real issue. You can get an off brand piece of junk for $100-$150 but the days of decent Canon and Sony point and shots for less than $200 aren’t coming back. It’s a shame.
Dd has this. Still pricey but not as bad. The problem from what I understood is that the girls want it to have Bluetooth so they can send pictures to their friends cameras without internet. It really limits the options.

Omg I have the same problem and I can’t get over having to spend over 500 for a camera, this is after bad mitzvah gifts and graduations gifts and she already has a (cheap) camera from when she was younger but that doesn’t seems to cut it now…
I wish there was a cheaper alternative that they girls were happy with..
