I work from home full time. During the winter, other than bus stops, I see no adults besides my husband and maybe family as Shabbos guests. I go a little stir crazy. I'm 31 and my oldest is 8.
I also need groceries lol. We have a car but dh takes it all the time during every day, so I'm comfortable enough driving at night. I make orders often and sometimes dh goes, but for me, going to the grocery in person is a treat.
I have one friend who sometimes will go with me shopping so I get some food and social activity lol but she is busy/unavailable all the time. I go shopping with my mother too sometimes lol but she goes Thursday too much and that's when I cook. I tried my block chat but no one ever responded. I'm from a pretty yeshivish crowd though smartphones are normal lbr.
Any ideas? I live in Flatbush.

Why can’t you walk to the grocery and local stores?

There are two groceries that are walking distance 10-15 min each way and both are too expensive for regular shopping. I do go there if I need something small and the weather isn't what it is now. In any event, it's too much to schlep more than a couple of bags.

Like I said in my op, I do get deliveries sometimes. It's annoying of course - besides for not getting out, no good sales, high fees, they always botch something and minimums are high for shopping without good sales. The stores with lower minimums tend to not have everything I need.

I think she meant you do the shopping in store and they deliver which is something I do weekly

Yeah I did that once or twice when I lived 25 min walk from moishas... It defeats the purpose if I pay to uber to a grocery or hire a babysitter so dh and I can go together because then I'm spending at least $30 extra anyway.
In any event 50% of my issue here is social.

You can’t do a grocery order on site and then they deliver it for you?

Why do you need to hire a babysitter to go to the grocery? I’m so confused

If I could fly there, totally. Like I said, too far for any decent options.

The ones 15-20 min walk don’t deliver? Lol I don’t get Flatbush. Maybe it’s because all the women drive?

Well either dh would need to drive with me and leave kids unattended or I'd need to hire someone to drive me... The only stores open late with good prices are too far away. And even if I felt like walking 45 min alone at 9pm, dh would freak out lol.

You wrote in your OP that you’re comfortable enough driving at night, did you mean not comfortable? Also off topic but is Flatbush becoming Chassidish?

Ah I see you aren't from Flatbush... Basically anywhere in Flatbush there are frum ppl yes there are kosher grocery stores within walking distance for the most part. Most are mom and pop type like you can get enough basica but specific products will be missing and everything will be more expensive. One near me charged $7 a pound for parsnip! Milk is like $1 more, eggs always $4 even when $2.5 elsewhere. So fine if you need just a few things, like you can carry, but it adds up for every week, plus you'll end up missing stuff.
There is one bigger place nearish me but I really don't like it. Prices are crazy, usually unmarked, super hard to find anything, it's like a maze. Every time I go there I leave in a bad mood.
There are a few main groceries that are more affordable. Paperific is mid range, has more products. Krm, Bingo, Moishas are the most reasonable and have good sales as well as a big range. Pomegranate, breadberry, gourmet glatt big range of items, but not as cheap. All those places deliver but way too far for me to walk.

Not comfortable meaning I'm out of practice driving. I wouldn't drive alone in the dark.
