I have leftover schnitzel that I want to serve Fri. nite, anyone have any ideas of a sauce or something different that I can do with them? Thanks.

Make a sesame chicken sauce and put it on the blech with that sauce. Heaven.

Duck sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce. Boil until bubbling then pour over meat/chicken/fish.

Mushroom/onion sauce is good on shnitz!
saute mushrooms and onions in marg. add flour then add liquide

equal parts honey mustard and mayo. boil for like 2 min. add sesame seeds aftgerwords. so easy

Make a chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, pieces of schnitzel with a honey mustard dressing.

plain duck sauce goes perfect over shnitzel already fried in crumbs. once it bubbled, u can just throw in some brocolli to steam - chinese style chicken, yum!

u can saute all diffrent color peppers and onions and make the sauce like the sesame sauce and
pour it over its deli. and looks very nice on plate.

I was going to post this exact same question about my l.o. shnitzel from Erev Yom Kippur that I wanted to serve Friday night. I ended up just warming it up as is, even though I felt bad that this was my Yeshiva Bochrim's first meal at home in along time. My alternative was throw away too much good food.
The second night of Succos, we had used up more meat in previous meals so I needed to quickly defrost some chicken strips. I came up with this delicious recipe, although it wouldn't work out the same for reheating shnitzel, it was a hit and very simple and fast for the 2nd night, so I want to share.
Dip (raw) cutlets in egg, then mixture of flour with salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Fry until light brown. Add orange juice (not concentrate) to the pan and simmer covered for half an hour. The flour thickened the juice. You have to watch it that it doesn't dry out.

I always freeze my leftovers and the reheat in a sweet sauce when I’m running out of supper material.
