Can you please recommend a primer for lipstick?
My lipstick never lasts!
Any recommendations, hopefully not too pricey?

Unfortunately, lipstick primers don't really help extend the wear time much. Their main benefit is evening out texture and pigmentation to improve the lipstick's appearance.
I recommend gently exfoliating and trying different formulas.

I prime my lips with a tinted lip balm before applying any lipgloss or lipstick. I find it helps

When I sponge foundation on my face I cover my lips with it too, very thinly. Sometimes I also put a little of the liquid concealer I use around my eyes. Then a drop of setting powder. Lip pencil to outline and then fill in over the lips. Lipstick goes on last, two or three coats, tissue off excess between coats. If you do it this way it really lasts.
