Does calling 911 help? They’ll long be lost by the time police arrive.

I I once asked a cop about it, he told me that if enough people call in about a certain area, they send more patrols and it usually deters the type of driving behavior

I called in a license plate in nj, they looked it up while I was on the phone and told me a cop was going to pay him a visit at home.
