What size does 1,2,3 represent for baby hats?
Is 1 a 0-3, 2 a 3-6?
Or is 1 = to 1 year?

I can let you know when my order arrives lol
I'm guessing a 1 is 1 year though because it says in the description that it's Sizes NB-3Y

Why don't you call them? They have excellent customer service. Although if you press the extension for web help, it sometimes tells you to leave a message and someone calls you back. But the store people always pick up.

I tried! The web ppl said to ask the store and the store ppl couldn't give me a straight answer!! My baby is wearing 6-9 months

Mine is also wearing 6-9 months. I got the size 1 hat and it fits nicely
