I checked it during the week the temperature is 204 when I leave it on warm. When I leave it on low the temperature is much higher.

I leave the crockpot on low all the time.
For example, yesterday I made tzvibel fleish in the crockpot at around 7am and took it out around 7pm. It was on low not warm. Chicken was delicious.
What do you want to do with your crockpot?

Food can safely cook on 132 degrees so it should be fine but I might vary my answer on how to cook it depending on what you're making.

Anything above 150 degrees is considered safe to go for extended time.

If you're positive it holds above 130ish the whole time, then it will be fine. But you can also use low, nothing wrong with a higher temperature.

A crockpot should not boil hard on low setting

Something may be off with the temps
