What age child? For a teen I took a woman’s floor length and for a young child I sized up a few sizes. Even 30$ isn’t that much.

This one is indeed 28$. I sized up 3 sizes. It doesn’t have to be til the floor even if the gown is.

You can also find petticoats on Shein, and they are pretty inexpensive.
