What? I never knew you can do that. You can just ask them for any book you want? And they really go and buy it for you? They call you when they get it? How does it work?

Yup. I just did that they borrowed it from another library system. You fill out the form on the website. I had to pick it up and drop off at the desk and it has a time limit different from regular books. You can always request anything. They told me they once borrowed one from Alaska for someone. Mine just came from a northern nj library.

Ok I’m going to write what everyone’s thinking.
Whoever keeps starting these threads has a vested interest in promoting this book ….
Ad space costs money. Threads on imamother are free:-)

These threads never end well, though. So if someone here is trying to promote her work, this is not the way to do it.

Bad publicity is still getting attention. But honestly I think there's someone here advertising. In a thread under friends and neighbors someone wrote must read this book she explains all about friendship.

People get excited about things and start mentioning them everywhere. Like Irene Lyon gets mentioned on a lot of threads too. If she was a frum woman then we’d think she’s advertising, but really there’s just a super fan who wants to share her great experience with people and help them too.

But yeah. There is definitely a possibility that raizy or someone close to her is posting these things.
