That's not a comparison that makes sense in the first place because when two groups have completely different approaches to medicine, of course they'll have to different diagnosis rates even if the actual condition isn't more common in one group. Antivaxxers who are themselves autistic are much less likely to have a diagnosis.

Ah, a typical dihydrogen monoxide denier. Everyone knows that if all the dihydrogen monoxide would disappear, autism would be gone in an instant, as would crime, poverty, and ostrich attacks.

I always believed that, their kids are snow white without a trace of black genes. And facial features have no resemblance to her, especially her nose before fixing it

Vaccine saved lives but also came at a cost.
I don't believe everyone is effected but it has a trigger type of effect. Meaning some ppl have genetic dispositions to be more effected by vaccines. So autism, eczema, developmental delays. Vaxx doesn't cause it but pulls the trigger so to speak

Rate of diagnosis has increased. If I was born decades earlier, I wouldn't have sought or received an autism diagnosis. And if you met me, you wouldn't have realized that I'm autistic.
For people who are very delayed/disabled by autism, it would be obvious that something is wrong, but not necessarily what the issue was. AND, we know that people with disabilities were frequently hidden or didn't live with their families, many years ago. So I don't see how the frequency of ASD can be accurately estimated for previous generations. |
This absolutely. I think the population was under-diagnosed years ago (and these days, they are overdiagnosed or misdiagnosed. I have heard of people getting false diagnoses in order to qualify for government funding and services.)
So the rates mean nothing to me.
My mother AH sought a diagnosis for my brother for years. He wasn't diagnosed till high school. It used to be much harder to get an ASD diagnosis - they didn't really do it so much in the US, it was not so known. My relative's child - 30 years later - got diagnosed practically just out of toddlerhood.

This one bothers me, because most people's reason for believing it is that they don't think deaf blind people can do anything.

I don't know if it can be called "over diagnosed" or "under diagnosed" when the criteria for a diagnosis are somewhat arbitrary and have changed. It's like when a word changes meaning. The people who used the original meaning weren't any more or less right than the people who use the new one.

A large amount of dihydrogen monoxide has been found in all ostriches tested. Is that not enough?

The dihydrogen monoxide was planted on the ostriches by Big Farma (not to be confused with Pharma) to make you think that

Why she did it is a good question. There are videos of her where her baby bump is doing some questionable things, it's especially odd to see as someone who has already been pregnant. There is also the mixup prince Harry had about when the baby was born. If she went the surrogacy route, why did t she just say it. I really don't understand it.

Princess Diana was murdered on Prince Philip's orders.
I love the "Big Mike" conspiracy theory. But I would add to it: Eventually, Michelle will reveal herself as trans and be given a $2 million job as a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race. By that time, though, everyone will be worn out with the Obamas and just yawn.
