I keep seeing this recruiter mentioned.
Does anyone have CURRENT experience.
I know a few people that got jobs 2-4 years ago. And I know a few people recently who felt ghosted by candibots. Not that they didn't find a job, but they felt ignored and discouraged from looking.
One person got a job with candibots 2 years ago, a very very toxic and abusive workplace. They tried to make it work. Candibots keeps telling them to stick it out or maybe they can find something for half their salary,3 levels down.
But I keep seeing them being recommended.
Anyone have current information.
The job market is trash nowadays so they might be right about no good jobs being available. The workplace being toxic isn’t their problem, they don’t exactly research and vouch for companies. And it’s common for recruiters from any company to ghost people.
Saying this as a person whose husband has been ghosted by every recruiter from every company he’s reached out to! I don’t like them but they’re not unique.
