4 year old suddenly tantrum all day

She communicates well most of the time. Understands a lot. In the last week she has started screaming when she doesn't get what she wants. She wants a specific person to do something for her. She wants to wear something she can't. She wants more milk in her cereal.. hitting is part of it. I dont know where this is coming from. I do not give in and I still give her attention in a calm way.

My dd started doing this after a missed strep infection that I thought was just a virus. It was pandas. 4 is a really common age for onset Sad The sooner you treat it, the less likely it is to turn into a chronic condition.

Was thinking either
Strep (my kids only get behavioral strep and no sore throats and they seem to get meltdowns over little things and very angry very quickly)
Or
Kids being mean in school

Option 2 was my first thought. We have parent teachers tonight so I will ask the teacher.
