Is there the equivalent of zelle in israel?

An easy way to send cash from an israeli to an israeli, and does everyone tend to have that app?
Do israelis have american zelle?

The Israeli apps like Zelle are Bit and Paybox. Everyone (that I know) has at least one.
They're super easy to use.

Nobody I know uses the above apps, but its pretty simple to send bank transfers. That's what all my friends do instead of zelle. We do it with the same ease and frequency that I used to do zelle in America.
Officially Bank Hapoalim (or all banks, not sure) are working on a new system that you can send bank transfers using just an email address or phone number, like zelle.

Thank you for replying.
Can a non israeli get one of those apps? Or does it require an israeli bank account?

Bank transfers are a "thing" here but Bit and Paybox are so much easier. You can even make groups for group presents.
