Looking for reccomendations for a dollhouse for a 3.5 year old.
. Is plastic better than wood (I guess in terms of cleaning and lasting longer). One that is easy to assemble. I like the old fisher price one but they dot seem to make it anymore. Anything similar?

Saw this and love it.

But OP note it’s a lot bigger than average as it’s meant for the size of Barbie dolls.
