For my sick father to have a refuah.
For my husband who is riddled with anxiety and anger issues to be willing to see a therapist and take medication.
For my child who struggles in school to have a magic Yamalka experience
To lose 40 lbs
To have enough money to quit my job, or at least the financial ability to work less hours
For all the hostages to be released
For good Chinese food right now to be delivered
For a vacation alone, or with my siblings (no husband )

For my husband to find menuchas hanefesh. And to get healed from his severe depression and anxiety.
And for a normal job. Not sure what that would look like since he cannot work for someone else. With his depression he would just miss too many days.
Actually, im just hoping anxiety and depression get recognition as a real illness. And people stop telling me it’s all in his head.
They wouldn’t say that to someone who has cancer. Would they?

Was just coming to say all this as my wish.
A normal husband. Who will hold a normal job. And will not still be in bed when I leave for work and when I come back from work.
And will maybe even lift himself off the couch while I serve the children supper and give them baths and put them to bed.
And if he can take out the garbage once in a while that would be a huge plus. And put away those potato chips!!
Ah, a real Chanukah miracle.

There actually is a private forum on here for women whose husbands have mental illness. Its pretty quiet but when someone does post, people show a lot of support.
