There are a few.
One of them and the easiest is pepper salad.
Cut peppers in cubes, all different colors.
Add Montreal steak seasoning and olive oil!!
That's it!! We love it!!!

Salad greens (chopped) + baby arugula
Dressing (measurements to taste)
- Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Maple syrup
- Salt
- Pepper
Honeycrisp apple, sliced
Radishes, sliced
Walnuts, chopped
Something crispy and spicy like roasted chickpeas
No more than 5 min before serving: toss greens w/ dressing, add other stuff, toss again
