you can't compare his mentchies to mitzvah kinder. His are so ugly. Hard to find an uglier doll. I would never buy them. Mitzvah kinder have a charm a certain chein.

I got a piece of junk that was not in the same style I ordered.

I'm really not surprised. You get what you pay for.

I hear. I'm surprised he won the Din torah. His entire line is a copycat plus his books are WORD FOR WORD from the competitors. The cover looks identical and so on.
YS is an im-mentch (at best) for doing it. Literally copying others ideas.

Kindervelt is a knockoff of Mitzvah Kinder and there are books that go along with it.

The Mitzva Kinder person (Teacher Toby) is a tzadeikes who trusted YS too much and allowed him access to stuff even after they split. That's how for the first bunch of kinder velt books they're almost copys word for word, until she realized he had access to her docs

I DK who this guy is but why is it not lashon hara?
Why would there be a reason it's allowed halachically to post his name and what he does online publicly?

They’re both made in Chinese factories. Why would they differ in quality?

There was an article in the Monsey view. Mitzvah kinder makes the effort that all mentchies have evenly distributed weight.
So for example a father holding a child on his shoulder, that the mentchildn't fall over.
Also their products are made with hartz and are much cuter.
You can see that Teacher Toby cares about her products.

You put your children's picture up on Instagram it becomes hevker and can be used by anyone including sickos.
They put a blurry picture on to Ali, you can't even see any detail. Everybody knows that it won't be an exact copy. If somebody is willing to get a cheaper version of the gown, why do you care? How is it taking anything from you, except maybe your ego? It would be great if there is a cheaper option for nice gowns, we all know how out of control prices are in the frum gown business.
Gown companies copy each other all the time. I went to an expensive, Brooklyn gown place and they were very proud of their "Chanel" and "Prada" copies.

I have noticed that mitzvah kinder isnt as good quality as it used to be.

You can see at a glance, even before touching. I never buy kinder velt. The paint is oddly placed and peels, the eyes look scary, the proportions are huge, the weight is cheap and flimsy. It's visible.

And BTW there are designer labels made in China along with fast fashion. Different factories have different quality.

It has nothing to do with alifavorites!
People copy photos off instagowns, and send in to aliexpress sellers to copy. Hence the instagown photo.

My kids picture was stolen from instagowns and put on ali! I only found out because someone called me she wanted to know if I was happy with the gowns. I am curious if they got the same fabric and fit as the original. Of course afterwards I couldn’t sell it because it’s an “Ali gown “ now cheapening it.
I tried messaging the seller to take down the picture but was ignored.

Your kids pictures weren't "stolen". Once a picture is put on Instagram, it's public property & anyone may use it however they want to.

They're listing gowns they sell on ali copied from instagowns website. They're using my pic, that I posted on instagowns in their email. Is this right?

If you havent copyrighted it, and you put in out there to the public, then yeah, they are gonna copy.
They say imitation is the highest form of praise,
Dont bother getting upset, Dont upload anymore gowns, advertise that you accept private appointments for your latest exclusive collection, and they wont disappoint!!
