They're listing gowns they sell on ali copied from instagowns website. They're using my pic, that I posted on instagowns in their email. Is this right?

I don’t know who Ali favorite is but Chinese sellers on Ali are known to take photos off instagowns. You can message them and ask to remove, I’d that doesn’t work you can report the listing.

They're showing the face or only the dress?
Once your picture is on Instagram, it's technically public & anyone may use it.

Wow, I’d be mad too! Are they selling directly on Ali or they’re linking to a Chinese seller? Either way you can report the listing, provide Alibaba with the original photo and ask to remove.

They're copying my dress for peanuts, now I'll never be able to sell mine.... whoever wants can sell stuff, but a jewish business copies exactly another jewish person is not right! Use your own imagination and creativity! Don't steal someone's design and work. (And even use the other person's pic!!!)

Yonasan Shwartz actually had a din Torah with several Jewish businesses over this and won. It’s literally what he does and he’s proud of it.

If they're copying gowns based off of these unclear pictures, those who buy will be sorely disappointed. They will turn out to be nothing like the originals.
I wouldn't buy based off those blurry pictures. No details about the gowns. They'll be made out of $1 lining material and hang like sacks.

I hear. I'm surprised he won the Din torah. His entire line is a copycat plus his books are WORD FOR WORD from the competitors. The cover looks identical and so on.

Wow! This is another level!!! I've seen a few pics from insta gowns on Ali last year but a so many pages of Jewish gowns - using pics off insta gowns is not right.
Fyi, the gowns from Ali are NOT the same it's hit or miss and the ones I've seen are not remotely comparable to the high quality gowns.
Yes - there are nice quality cheaper gowns but in my experience they are not the ones from Ali.
