My ds is outgrowing the doona. What are good options for the next step car seat? Still want him to be rear facing. I’m not into fancy or name brands. Just something functional and safe, budget friendly.

Pretty sure we usually go with a Cosco rear facing car seat

I have a Costco scenera next that I’m using for my 2 year old. My previous child was in it until she was about 4, at which point I turned her around.

Yes. And pretty easy to install. Overall we like graco carseats.

We love cosco Seneca for the vomiters because it’s the easiest to take the cover on and off, but graco is a better long lasting seat.

I switched from graco because of the vomiting issue. Now have the maxi cosi and it’s great. Very comfy and easy to install and change settings.
