I am a social worker in a nursing home and I make $80,000 for 30 hours a week plus 24 days of pto and good health insurance for me and my kids.

Physician specialist.
$330k with “productivity bonuses”, ie just a way for the organization to coax more out of me.
40 hrs in 4 days usually when not on call. If on call its more like 50-60 in 4 days.
After 25 years of paying, finally out of med school debt.

Doesn't have to be a babysitting factory. Prices have really gone up. A morah charging 600 per kid can have 16 kids with an assistant and make 90k over 12 months. Some morahs charge even more.

I have 12 kids year round but more during the summer when I can hire high school girls to help and kids are older then.

I do live in Lakewood and kids are extremely well taken care of!
I actually turn down many people would beg me to take care of their kids!
But I don't even know why I'm taking time to answer you! Scratching Head
