My zing device is suddenly not working and same with the app. I think there was some update. I tried everything even a hard reset but nothing seems to be working.
When I press on a song it say playing but it's not.
Anyone else with this issue?
Anywhere I can reach them ? When I tried them I'm the past I got no response .

Having the same issue past few weeks. They responded to an email that they’re working on an update but that’s all…

I did another hard reset and now it's working bh.
When it pops up for an update I hit later
