Kids are required to get it for school. One of them (age 5) has extreme anxiety about shots.... I'm assuming the spray will satisfy the school hopefully 🤷. Child is crying about having to get the spray, but it's much better then how dc will react to getting a shot.... Just can't find a place that gives it.... Pefer Boro park, but can go to Flatbush as well...

If your child is 5, NYC doesn’t require it anymore at that age. Fight it out with your school.

Thanks so much! If it's not required I'm definitely going to try to fight it out... It would be great if dc doesn't have to take it. Dc has more then typical anxiety for a shot and want to avoid it if there's any way possible... Dc is in a Special Ed school though... Would the requirements be different there? (don't want to become a parent who makes an issue over everything, so want be sure first)

Shed live copies of the virus and possibly make other people sick with it.

The flu mist was no big deal. I did it today. My son will be 5 in January
