I have a Doona and bugaboo fox. Doona because I use Uber/taxis a lot and the fox because I refuse to use the Doona as a stroller and I wanted something strong, easy to push, etc. I am planning to get the butterfly when baby is a little older as I will need a compact travel stroller. The only other baby gear I have besides Bassinet/crib is a good floor mat and baby carrier. My baby has been on the floor since about 2 weeks old and is always either playing on the floor or being held/carried.

Oh, I don't have baby baths either. For the first couple of months I use the sink and then the regular bathtub with a couple of inches of water.
I do believe in a good highchair - support, 5 point harness, foot rest

Beezy lies flat and has larger wheels (I compared in store) at least in the back if not back and front.
I already have a butterfly
I don’t have a car seat
I don’t think I need a full size stroller after the age of 6 months and I already have one.

I think I will have to let life happen and see what I actually use. I might just sell the butterfly. Beezy is like only 2 lb heavier than butterfly

But they serve the same purpose. They're both lightweight travel strollers. You don't need both. If you really want the beezy sell the butterfly first.

Or get a full size (single) stroller with a bassinet and real sturdy wheels (can be 2nd hand) that your baby can sleep in and you can bump up and down steps. Also easier to push 2 kids if needed.

I don't think you need that much baby gear. You can use a buggy board on the rare occasion that your 3 yr old can't walk that far. It's not worth a double carriage talking up half your apartment for the 5 times it'll be used

Doona
Fox
Joolz aer

Used fox in beginning for bassinet in the house then for outdoor walks in my suburban area and shabbos etc.

When got too big for Doona I use the joolz for car errands/going away for shabbos/going to a simcha when I want a stroller but don’t wanna shlep my fox

Honestly I think for most lifestyles a full-size stroller is unnecessary, a lightweight stroller like the Beezy is just fine for walking mostly on sidewalks or streets. However, specifically for Israel, I think a full-size is more valuable. There’s a lot of stairs and hills, and the big wheels really make a huge difference.
