I’m looking for information on this school. Is it growing every year? Is the parent body changing to more of a mix or still only very modern? How’s the primary crowd this year?

I actually did some research on the school. I went down to the school and spoke to the principal she’s really sweet. The teachers and staff sound amazing as well. The principal knows each kid personally because it’s such a small school which is really nice. It’s definitely not a regular school formal vibe which I thought is refreshing. The primary class has 13 kids this year with a nice mix of people. The parent body doesn’t look like it’s changing because they accept everyone without exception and they’re not changing that policy so that’s something to keep in mind. That’s why people are not so quick to go there. But if more people would send there and not be so scared of the stigma then it can become a more mixed crowd and eventually lose that name.

There is such a need here for such a place. I hope more people start sending so that the school can have a healthy range of types.

My relative is really regular frum and sends her daughter to ohr Devorah. She doesn’t believe in fighting to have a school accept your daughter when there’s a perfectly good school that actually wants and values her. More people should be like her.
