Teachers with extremely diff personalities

My son is in preschool. There are a few parallel splits. The kids are turning 5 this year.
He has a very soft a gentle morning teacher and a very strict afternoon teacher .
They don’t follow the same rules. There’s a healthy snack policy. Afternoon teacher lets fruits, veggies, popcorn. Morning teacher lets Corn Pops, flutes, pretzels etc.
same with bringing in toys from home. Morning teacher is laid back with small toys/games. Afternoon teacher doesn’t allow anything.
I heard my child talking to a friend and they were whispering how they are hiding their stuff from the morning so the afternoon teacher doesn’t see it.
I’m wondering if I should say something to the director. Nothing wrong with the teachers but maybe they shouldn’t be in the same class.
On the other hand, as kids go thru elementary this is bound to happen. Diff teachers, diff rules.. but the sneaking around bothers me ..
