My baby isn’t feeling well. Gonna give him Tylenol to bring down his fever. The box only gives instructions for ages 2+. Yes, I double checked that it’s infant and not children’s Tylenol

I know it doesn't answer your question, but FYI infant Tylenol and children's Tylenol is the same thing.
The infant's Tylenol just comes with a dropper with a smaller dosage.
Both contain 160 milligrams of acetaminophen per 5 ml. You just end up paying much more per ounce on the infant's Tylenol versus the children's Tylenol.
