Ya but the having to go on and chat is annoying. Ain’t no one got time for that

And it’s become every single time I want to do a return I need to chat!! There is no ease anymore, it’s always a hassle.

I already pay for prime for convenience knowing ups is down the block.

You also pay for prime for free fast shipping on most items, plus many other perks. Now you know it doesn’t include UPS returns, so either pay for convenience or stop using prime

So the most convenient option is the one that costs money. That doesn’t mean it’s impossible to return items, it’s just not convenient. Nobody said it needed it be

If you want to pay $7 for convenience, do it. People do that all the time for many other things in life

But one of the perks of prime IS free returns. It’s one of the things you are paying for.

Edit: I just looked through my benefits, it’s actually NOT one of the benefits.

What does that mean? I pay for an Uber and give the guy my returns (so no longer free)?

I don’t know why we can’t give returns to Amazon vans doing deliveries. That would make things so much simpler

I think I would have been less upset if Amazon were to declare openly that their return policy has changed. Then customers can weigh their options and decide what they want to do. The lack of transparency is disingenuous and makes me feel like I'm being cheated out of a promise not fulfilled.

I just chat with customer service and they give me a free UPS return label every time. I don’t have a staples, Whole Foods or ups store in my immediate area and I’m not paying for a prime membership if there’s no free returns.

Anyone missing the chat option? I cannot seem to chat with them since last week. Insanely annoying
