What is the easiest way to pay for bus rides if I am travelling with a few children? If there's an app I can use, that would be great. Can an app be scanned multiple times for children also? I would be open to buying a card also, if there's an easy way to do that.
Thanks

Moovit app
You can specify how many people you're paying for very easily

I second the moovit app, although I'm not sure if you can get the childrens' discount with it.

Can they get an anonymous kids rav kav? Does that exist?

With the app, only the first is a child's price.
Can you get a kids rav kav? It's very easy to tell the driver, or choose more.

Are tourists entitled to child discounts on public transport? I know they don't get senior citizen discounts.

As per dan.co.il tourists aren't eligible for child discount on a rav-kav, even if they are on a personal Rav-kav card.
I think it's wrong.
