The Calm app has amazing meditations and breath work (recommended by a prominent frum therapist)
And if you are holding anything and do it fully, it helps you truly get in touch with yourself and cry/ let it out, etc
and feel a lot lighter when done;)

There was a 6th one that came out last week that's incredible. At least in Hebrew, no idea about English.
