Is there any mesivtas in Brooklyn that are similar to MAY in 5towns? I guess you would say more of a center right type? Like yeshivish but slightly less so.

No. Think maybe the closest in clientele is chofetz Chaim but they're totally different.
Also the top shiur of YU. Just mentioning bc u can get bussing from bk.
