Title says it all, please post links.
Looking for mostly Jewish but I’m ok with non Jewish as well.
Songs, videos, speakers, you tubes that will help me cry. Even Instagram posts. Inspirational, sad, uplifting or just beautiful music and speakers.
Going through a rough time and find that these help me cope. And can’t cry easily.

Not sure why someone would davka want to cry, but I run for the Kleenex every time I read the following passages in Tanach:

Where the KBH tells Moshe to go up the mountain and see the Promised Land " and there you will not go";

Where the Philistines make sport of the blind Shimshon and he beseeches G-d to give him strength to avenge himself;

Where David werps over Avshalom's death, Avshalom my son, my son Avshalom, would that I had died in your place (I'm tearing up even as I write this).

David's lament over the death of Saul and Jonathan is also a good one.

Crying can be therapeutic. A good cry can release stress and tension.

Tefilla sheli from uri Davidi, the words are so powerful and I always cry. And its a good cry, because I end up really believing that Hashem does what's best for us.
