I have a bunch of chicken breasts I need to cook before freezing.
Besides schnitzel what else freezes well.
At the moment they are boneless breasts but can cut them to any shape/size.
Thanks so much.

Copy cat mikes chicken from between carpools. I freeze it raw and breaded (layered between parchment paper)
Pull it out and stick straight into oven, air fryer, or shallow fry

Thanks so much, can I use sweet n sour sauce instead of apricot jam?
This and the other you freeze already cooked?
How do I reheat?

If you freeze chickenen that’s cooked it usually doesn’t taste good at all when defrosted and reheated. Best to freeze raw.

This and the other you freeze already cooked? Yup
How do I reheat? | Pot, Oven, Microwave, Hotplate...take it out from the freezer a couple of hours before to thaw it

I find that if I put it into the freezer once cooled, well sealed and the freezer doesn't have freezer burn, the taste is same.
