Does anyone have recommendations of cities or neighborhoods that are chardali? If so, can you explain the area and people.

Thank you both. Could you share more information about bat ayin and nof ayalon? Both look practical for where work is.

Yes but my office is 30 minutes from one and 45 from the other so they’re both commutable! The others were too far.

Ah, ok, thats great. So bat ayin is a very hippie dippy kind of place. Many BTs as far as im told. Also many anglos. (dont know about converts specifically, but they are a very mixed inclusive kind of bunch. Very spiritual place.
Nof ayalon, I dont really know that much about the place, sorry, but I do know that its chardal. And there is a hesder yeshiva there as well.
Hopefully someone else will know more.

Yad binyamin but very expensive
Charadli places are mostly in yeshuvim, neriyah, is very charadli and in kiriyat moshe in yerushalyim.
There are pockets in places in the merkaz, because they often go and start a garin torani in different places. There is one in Ramle, there are people in Rechovot and I'm sure other places.

Yad Binyamin was my first choice but real estate there is worse than beit shemesh from what I hear. Thank you ramle and rechovot are also close to my office. I don’t want to change jobs.

Nof ayalon will also be insanely expensive and last I checked nothing to buy there.

OP, anything within an anglo area will be very expensive.

Insanely expensive we can’t do, expensive thankfully we can.

We want to move out of a very heavily Anglo area. We’re in beit shemesh now with we easily afford baruch Hashem, our skills are good enough that we want to integrate into an area that fits us better hashkafically and more Israeli. We consider ourselves chardali/very torani at this point. We’re looking for some good ideas of cities to look into.

Do you want specifically cities and not yishuvim?
In addition to the ideas above there is Kiryat Moshe in Yerushalayim

I’d prefer yishuvim or moshavim but my dh prefers cities so both would be very helpful! I will try to convince him to chose a smaller place. I work in the Ashdod/Ashkelon area so I need to stay driving distance to there. Other than that, we’re open to the whole country.

Where do you work?

Har Choma ( near Har Hamor) and Kiryat Moshe ( near Mercaz Harav) in jerusalem are very Chardal but not really anglo

Eli and Neriya are two yishuvim that come to mind.

There is also Kiryat Gat with has a lot of anglos and is a city, and more affordable but is a very big mix from Chardal to very very dati light.
