Not sure if right forum. I need help with ideas for my daughter's bas mitzvah project.
Something that's not too expensive but is creative not a food project since it will probably be an outdoor event.

My girls went to a bas mitzvah party recently they did tambourines. We’re gorgeous. They painted them. She had someone circuit her stencils about mashiach. Then used generic flower stencils and Diamond stickers. They came out gorgeous.
Charm bracelets.
Serving spoons with beads.
Both of those you can diy or buy a kit from the beadery.

An art project for the girls to make for themselves or are you look to incorporate a mitzva or chessed?
Is there something your daughter feels passionately about, a population that speaks to her? A need in the community or in E”Y that she would like to be involved in?
For my DD’s bat mitzvah, I bought really nice beads and we made bracelets for the girls at Lev l’Lev.
My other DD we made blankets for indigent holocaust survivors.
There are many needs and it is not to hard to find a cause she wants to support and an active to help.
