I’ve been to a few over the years and found that they are all pretty much the same, key to losing weight at least for me, is eating less. That said, I have a couple of family members who’ve lost significant amounts of weight in a healthy manner with Gitty Berger.

Yes, been trying to diet on my own, but I think I need the accountability factor.
Where is Gitty Berger located? Any idea if she takes insurance or what she charges?

She takes some insurance. She’s in the 30’s.

I used Beth Warren like 8 years ago. I happened to have liked her employee better than her just bec our personalities matched more, but her food plan and everything is great. I lost over 40lbs and kept it off for 3 years. (Then covid came with no schedule and all the kids home and I lost my motivation)
