LV bag - use it every day for years. Still looks great

RayBands sunglasses - wear every day for years. Still in perfect condition.

Gold and diamond Jewelry - I get so much joy from my pretty bling and I wear it every day plus shabbos pieces. They need repair at times but still worth it.

My wigs are not particularly expensive for wigs but they are very well cared for - washed and set often, repaired often to keep in good condition and they look fantastic.

For some reason, I spend very little on clothing though. It's just not my thing. I'd rather spend on handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, makeup, wigs then the actual clothing or shoes.

Maybe I figure that if I have basic classic clothing, I don't have to update so often and the accessories make a boring outfit more put together.

I would like to start spending more on shoes though. I'm getting older and my feet need to me comfortable while also looking good.

You don't have an option for a wig. I love my nice, good quality wig (which I bought 2nd hand off someone who had barely worn it - she had cut it a drop too short for her liking, but the length was fine for me).

There are ways to disinfect/clean shoes so they can safely be worn used. They don't need a washing machine.

also, side point, there are so many knockoffs these days, when you see every teenager and newlywed plastered in designer labels...personally, I don't like the look, and won't wear something with a label...

just wanted to add I have invested in jewelry and I absolutely don't regret it...I love every piece and wear them all the time......I would much rather invest in an eternity band than a bag that I won't want to wear in three yrs as styles changed, I am bored of it etc...

My Canada Goose Coat much much warmer than my LL bean down coats lasts many years. Good quality wigs still wearing 10 years later with minor repairs. Shearling coats so far lasted 20 years. All of these items were very expensive at the time of purchase however it’s actually much cheaper than to buy cheaper items than require replacing every two years .

Not designer, but good quality (Ecco/Naot/Meshisto/Clarks).

Frankly speaking I think shoes don’t get much better than that quality wise, even if they are chanel or gucci. The rest is marketing and brand name, and yes quality is good but not better than a regular sturdy brand. If anything, some designs are more fragile

ok, I hear that....
I tend to like the newest trends (like the cropped tops over sleeveless dresses and the mary jane look for shoes) so for me it doesn't make sense to invest thousands in that...I buy good quality, geniune leather or cashmere (just bought the cutest mary jane shoes from COS...they were 170 and I think I had some kind of online code so it was even less...) if I'm not in the mood of mary janes next year, I'm ok moving on...I also bought a cashmere sweater from quince....I think most of their stuff is under 100...(I also don't wear anything with a label purposely so I wouldn't buy something that is labeled...)
but if someone is a classic dresser and is buying a classic loafer or something timeless than it definitely makes sense! I love classic jewelry so I stick to that....I recently got an eternity band with ovals and I love it! I can see myself wearing it for decades Bezras Hashem!

I did invest in a weekday bag, I love it and use it almost daily. It was almost 2k. No visible logo. I also have a quality bag from leatherology that was much cheaper, $200 but I also really love it and use it in the summer.

I “invest” -aka spend on and enjoy - in jewelry and watches (although unfortunately it’s hard to find watches without logos. I avoid Rolex, cartier and stick with Swiss brands that are less known).

I do see that my sheitel with virgin hair lasted longer than my processed hair wigs so if I had the spare money I’d try to get another virgin hair wig

I also have a pair of good quality sunglasses (not a fashion designer- it’s an eyewear brand, so no logo) that I love.

I did not invest in an evening bag and looking back I’m glad bec I wouldn’t want to worry that it would get dirty or stolen at an event, party or simcha. I have a cheap one.

Belts are also a great way to accessories and aren’t trendy.

I wear a 2 tone yellow and white gold watch. I was a seeing a lot of rose gold when I got my watch but I feel like that’s going to look dated much quicker than yellow gold. Yellow gold will always be classic even if not “in” and I love it.

My eternity band is also oval:)
