Anyone ever used them? I heard they can redo settings on old style jewelry. If anyone has experience would love to hear if u were happy? And if they can be trusted not to exchange my stones? Heard some horror stories re private dealers.

Never used them for this specifically but they are very trustworthy overall, trusted by the crown heights & greater Chabad community.

I know, they are very trustworthy. I went to them but Mrs. Feldman said she can't design something unless I know what I want. She recommended tzfasman as a place that can give me design options. I need someone to design with me, I really dont know what I like

There trustworthy, good value for the money and have excellent customer service. I couldn’t recommend them more.
