Draw letters on a sensory bin (rice, sand)
Chalkboards provide good sensory feedback

Instruct the kid to use their body to create the letters
Sand tray
gel board
finger painting
sky writing (using arm and hand as the pencil)
use straws, popsicle sticks, and pipe cleaners to create the letters
