I am baruch Hashem a healthy woman in my 30s. But pretty weak physically. I get tired easily, I cannot lift heavy things, anything remotely strenuous wears me out very quickly. How can I build up my strength? My husband was saying I need to go to a trainer, but we both know I have no time or money for that. Any on my own suggestions?

Work out with a you tube video every day
Start with 10 minutes and a day and work your way up

Are you looking to build up your heart or muscle strength? Completely different.

For heart health - yes, any youtube videos (specifically hiit) will help you be able to handle it in daily life.

For muscle strength - you need to do functional strength training. There are multiple programs for this on youtube as well. I've been doing Nourish Move Love on youtube for a while - she specializes in this. I've now signed up for Lift with Sohee's plan for just $4 per month for one year - lifetime access.

Hope this helps!

Anyone have a toning workout program without equipment to recommend?

I work at an office job for many hours and need to to this.

Toning means to build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
So it's a combination of weight lifting and nutrition.
You're going to need at least a set of dumbells. And eat in a caloric defecit.

Look into an app called "fit on"
There's a free and a paid version.
Paid version is not very expensive, especially if you are using it.
If you want to be able to cast it to a bigger screen then you need the paid version. I think they might have a trial
