When do kids coats from brands like Pramie or Scotch bonnet go on sale? Which stores in Boro Park usually have good outerwear sales?

I think thanksgiving time.
Last year I was looking in January and most stores sold out or had very few sizes.

Many stores are 30% off now, although I guess it's possible that some stores excluded Outerwear.

Coats don’t go on sale so fast. Le bambini and flamingo will be 70 off on it first but they don’t have a huge selection.
