Does Temima HS have a dorm for out of town girls? We're looking for a small out of town school for our daughter who is currently in HS but would benefit from a smaller warm school with attention to the individual student and a focus on Hashkafah. She's very smart but is currently unhappy in her school due to the "in town" culture and emphasis on externals. Are the girls friendly and accepting? She wants to connect to the learning rather than just learn to cover material. Is there a school out there like that?

Temima does not have a dorm. There is always the option of boarding.

It’s common to have boarders in Temima- every grade has a few. They board with local families and some even take 2 at a time. It’s a great place to be, the girls really thrive there and it’s exactly as you described.

Academically on a high level and expect the girls to do their best, yet they will be understanding if a girl can’t learn as well as the rest; as long as there is effort.
Very out of town, strong focus on middos, being a good person and a true bas yisroel in each one’s own way, and not following the crowd blindly.
