I left a job after a few weeks because I sat bored the entire day. There was absolutely no work for me. I left the job off my resume completely, and left when I found something new.

I started a new job several months ago. Was extremely overwhelming and I started seriously considering quitting. They let me go now and I’m so relieved.
If a job affects your life negatively, I believe it’s unhealthy and you should leave. I was dreading every Monday, every morning and it affected me emotionally and mentally. It obviously also affected my performance and they thankfully let me go.

Amazing that you have such a good attitude about something that I would find hurtful. I'd rather leave before it gets to that point.

To be honest it did hurt. I do depend on the money and I only worked for them around 2 1/2 months with the chagim included. They didn’t give me any negative feedback (although I knew I underperformed) and felt I should’ve been given more time to see if I can make it work. But truth is I couldn’t take it. The day I was let go I cried but then felt so free.

If you really don't see yourself staying, and you're just planning on waiting another couple of months, I think you should take into account the training they will be investing on you.
The most mentchlishkt (spelling?) thing to do is to let them know you don't see this working out, before they invest the time and money to train you.
