I am in search of a hot water urn for Shabbat that makes the HOTTEST water possible. My dh does not like warm coffee, please advise.
Also, a lot of my friends have ChefMan brand, the one where you push the top down. The water is very hot, but I find it irritating to push the button down, it takes a long time and I have to use muscles, so I don’t want that one

If your definition of "best" is "very hot water" and no push-top, this one is right up your alley:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....ss_tl
I hate it because it keeps re-boiling the water (until you can hear it bubbling again), but it sounds like that might be exactly what you want.
My previous urn got the water hot and it stayed hot, but not actively boiling. This one boils it hard and then keeps doing it.
(Edited to clarify that this re-boiling happens frequently and randomly, and doesn't seem to have any connection with dispensing hot water.)

I got mine from db in lakewood with a spout the water is hot BUT I just noticed some black particles floating around my water. Anyone know what that might be from?

I second the Magic Mill, but after a few years the plastic spout needed to be replaced.

Is that permissible for shabbos?

Similar, but we like the West Bend.
