I know I'm overpaying for car insurance. How do I shop aound for a better rate?
(in the past I signed up for some random comparison shopping and got a deluge of messages that just left me more confused. )

Ask around. We just lowered or rate tremendously based on a referral someone gave us. Same coverage. Much lower rate. It’s amazing!!!
Some insurance companies will lower your rate if you watch a safe driving video or plug in a monitoring device.
We were going to do that.
But then found a salesman that really helped us out. (It is a reputable company)

You can call for quotes/look online
Play around with you coverage- raising deductibles will save on premiums
Maybe a safe driving course or extra car safety features could help

You gotta speak to someone on the phone. Reach out to a frum insurance broker. We did and got a huge reduction
