Rav Dershowitz is a rav in Ramat Eshkol and gives hechsheirim to home businesses. I don't know what that entails but I do know most English speakers in the greater Ramat Eshkol area hold of it. I would feel comfortable gifting it to a child here in yeshiva or an Anglo family living in Israel.
