Very vague info you're giving. All I know from this message board is that if your kids need extra therapies like speech, ot, pt, it's much cheaper in NY/NJ where there are more social welfare programs. According to my imamother knowledge, Florida has less of that.

I don't know where you're looking at, but most of Florida is extremely hot plus humid for a good part of the year. That level of heat with humidity is a deal breaker for me. I live somewhere possibly hotter but it's dry. A different world. If you're the type who needs to wear stockings or your men need to wear layers, I don't know how that's fair to them.

Be prepared for major storms, flooding, and hurricanes. And don't invest in property close to any coast. The water line is rising. Even 15 years ago my friends in Miami saw crazy flooding in some areas and acted like they were used to it. It's not getting better.

North Miami Beach is a nice community. It is horridly hot from May till October but doesn’t go over 95, stays consistent. Fun if you have a pool.
In late october till pesach you have a good 5 months of literal perfection, no rain, no heat, no cold. We live outside during those months.
We don’t have any issues with flooding, we’re not near the coast.
There are tons of young families moving here, housing is available but expensive. Lots of good schools and playgroups all over the community. Tons of options.

I think your description of the weather is a bit off. It's not as rainy but it's not no rain for months. October is still hot. Average temp is in the 80s. November average temp is 79. It is slightly cooler Jan-March, but that if you consider an average of 76 nice cool weather. Most people don't. And were talking averages, because it still can get even hotter in winter months. Yes it's nice if you mean not wintery, but it's hot most of the year and still very warm other than a week or two. And we're not factoring in humidity. With all the himidity it feels much hotter. The heat index is often over 100.

Well start with that. Where in Florida is the office? Unless you're ok with anything up to a 7 hour commute.

Ok so you're asking about schools in Miami.
First step would be to find out which schools there are and then ask specific questions about those schools to find out if they're a good fit for you
