DD11 has severe itching on the bottom of her feet that wakes her up at night. I see no marks or rash.
Does anyone have any experience with this or know how to deal with it? She doesn't want to go to the doctor.

I have this on one foot and it drives me crazy. I think it's a layer of dry skin. What helps is to rub it with a pumice stone in the shower and then put moisturizer on my feet after the shower. If I forget to do it, it starts itching again.

Your kid isn’t really in charge of choosing to go to the doctor. You don’t ask or discuss you make the appointment and take them.

It's possible the dryness is a fungal infection and you're making it worse by moisturizing it (moisture feeds fungus). I had dry feet for years and never realized it was fungus until I went to a podiatrist

It's very likely athletes foot.
Buy an OTC cream containing clotramizole and she should rub it in whenever it itches or at least twice a day after cleaning the area. Also she should be showering daily and not wearing socks to sleep.

I've had this and I have no idea what it is. It usually goes away after a few days. Mine is definitely not fungus or dry feet.
I once had it for 2 weeks after stopping zyrtec which I had been on for 3 months prior to stopping.
You can try some cortisone cream or ask her doctor.
