OOT Midwest. We had our 8th grade meeting last night and they told us applications will be available closer to Chanukah and farhers closer to midwinter. Individual meetings with the hanhala regarding where to apply are the last week in November.
Farhers are Chanukah time through January. You can call in the next few weeks for applications. Chanukah is past some yeshivas deadlines to submit. Almost all of the mesivtas I called had a voicemail where they asked for my email or mailing address to send an application.
This is something you really want your schools input on. It varies for different location/types and the mesivtas are going to reach out to the elementary school or give you a from for the school to fill out. You want them on the same page as you if at all possible.
